“At $27.00, Men's adidas Originals Adifom Supernova Shoes Black lands in the kind of discount where the price actually changes how I judge the shoe.”
Who it's for
At $27.00, Men's adidas Originals Adifom Supernova Shoes Black lands in the kind of discount where the price actually changes how I judge the shoe. Retail is $90.00, so this is about 70% off. I still do not buy just because a percentage looks wild, but this is deep enough that I will consider a color or shape I might have ignored at full price.
Runner first, lifestyle second
This is the kind of Adidas experiment I only want at the right price. The Adifom shape is weird enough that you should already know whether you like it. I would not talk myself into foam clogs just because the discount is huge. But if the look makes sense to you, a low sale price is exactly how I would test it. Weird silhouettes are easier to enjoy when you are not asking them to justify a near-retail purchase every time you look at them.
Price context
The inventory note we captured is "Only a few sizes left." That puts a little more pressure on the decision because the useful sizes can disappear before the price changes again. I do not have enough of our own tracked price history on this exact pair yet to call it a true low, so I am not going to fake certainty. Before buying, I would still check the live page for your size, shipping, return rules and any final-sale language.
Before you buy
My rule here is simple: buy the shoe because you can already see yourself wearing it, then let the discount make the decision easier. Do not reverse that order. Chicago City Sports is where the deal is sitting, and prices or sizes can move. If the pair fits the wardrobe and the number feels comfortable, I would rather make a clean decision than spend a week trying to save another five dollars. If you are lukewarm, waiting is free and another deal will come.
